HC10XX series CO₂ marking machine adopts fully sealed RF excitation CO₂ laser tube, available in three standard wavelengths 10.6μm / 10.2μm / 9.3μm. The galvanometer scanning head realizes non-contact permanent etching without damaging base material structure, used for batch traceability coding, logo marking and serial number engraving. The laser source is classified as IEC 60825-1 Class IV, air-cooled design eliminates water cooling equipment, operating temperature range 0–45℃, laser tube service life over 50,000 hours with zero consumables during operation.
Suitable for organic materials: wood, paper, leather, textile, plastic, rubber; partial inorganic substrates: ceramics, glass, coated metal. Widely used in electronic component coding, auto plastic part logo marking, packaging bag date coding, plastic shell traceability marking.
